Steve McAloon, from Glasgow Scotland, is a Real Estate Professional who works with home sellers, buyer and investors to assist them in all their requirements in real estate transactions. After spending over ten years as a real estate investor and liquidating over $2.2 Billion dollars in non performing assets for top lenders in the US, Steve knows the key factors in connecting with the heart-beating people and communicating your understanding and requirements in order to close the deal.

Steve’s was mentioned and participated as acting consultant for John Assaraf, of the ‘Secret Movie’ for his hour long show on Larry King Live at the height of the foreclosure crisis. This resulted in him helping many home owners from the perils of foreclosure.

Steve started a coaching company in 2005 teaching his ‘short sale’ practices and came first in a national competition where he trained 45 new investors to net over $1.62 Million in 90 days; this was documented by a high level chapter seven bankruptcy trustee/ attorney out of Colorado and sent to Harvard business school as a study of new business.

Steve joined Douglas Elliman early 2018 and has already made a positive impact in the company. His first year he won ‘Rookie of the Year’ Award out of 6,000 agents.

Steve is now working bi-coastal and has also set up in Miami Florida.
